How does the quote-request process work?
Browse the rentals, add the items and quantities your event needs, then submit one organized request with your event, delivery, setup and pickup details. Our team reviews availability and responds with final pricing.
Does submitting a request confirm my reservation?
No. Submitting a request does not automatically confirm a reservation. Rent 4 Party Dallas reviews availability, delivery timing, setup requirements, labor, transportation and pickup details, then sends a rental agreement for you to review and sign electronically before the order is finalized.
Will I sign a rental contract?
Yes. Once your items, dates and logistics are confirmed, Rent 4 Party Dallas sends a rental agreement with the terms and conditions for you to review and sign electronically. Your reservation is finalized after the signed agreement is returned.
Do you provide delivery and pickup?
Yes — delivery and pickup coordination is part of what we do. Share your event address, dates and preferred windows in your quote request and our team will plan the schedule with you.
Is professional setup available?
Yes. Professional setup is available. Tell us what you need in your quote request and we will include it in your plan.
Can you help with event breakdown?
Yes. Breakdown and removal can be scheduled along with your pickup so the venue is cleared on time.
Can I request an item that is not shown online?
Yes. If an item is not currently displayed in our inventory, tell us what you need. Rent 4 Party Dallas can help locate suitable rental vendors and coordinate inventory, delivery, setup and pickup around your event schedule.
Can you coordinate rentals from other vendors?
Yes. We offer vendor coordination and additional rental sourcing — we can help schedule outside inventory around your delivery, setup and pickup plan.
Do you offer event labor?
Yes. Event labor is available for setup, breakdown and support during your event. Include it in your quote request and our team will confirm the details.
How early should I request my rentals?
As early as your date is set — popular weekends and large items are in higher demand. For specific lead-time guidance for your event, contact our team.
Can I change my request after submitting it?
Requests can be adjusted before your order is finalized. Contact our team with your changes and we will update availability and pricing with you.
What information is needed for accurate pricing?
Your event date and times, guest count, venue address, the items and quantities you need, and your delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup preferences. Venue-access details — stairs, elevators, loading docks, surface type and electricity — also help us quote accurately.
Do you rent tents, stages and dance floors?
Yes — tents, Bil-Jax® aluminum stages and dance floors (including black and black-and-white floors) are core inventory, alongside tables, chairs, turf, marquee letters, bars, tableware, coolers, drapery and décor.
